DogAlot is a site dedicated to dog lovers, dogs, and their human families. In addition to offering information on dog health, nutrition, and care, and breed-specific information, we also maintain a membership base of quality breeders. Breeders are able to participate in the site, by placing advertisments in our breed info section and also by placing Litter/Adult Announcements in our upcoming litters/avaiable puppies section. Suppliers of dog services and supplies are also able to advertise and sell from our site.

Membership is subject to review by management before posting and approval is not guaranteed.

Membership may be denied or membership revoked, with or without refund, at the discretion of management and/or their designees, for reasons including but not limited to: puppy brokering, unhealthy breeding practices, falsification of membership information, criminal or civil charges or litigation pending, and complaint(s) by site visitors.

Some examples of people who would be denied membership include but are not limited to:
* Brokers or importers of dogs and/or puppies
* Anyone who provides false information on the membership application or on any supplementary membership information
* A breeder who raises many breeds of dogs and/or produces a large number of litters.
* A breeder who knowingly breeds an adult dog with a significant hereditary or potentially hereditary condition.

Specifically,posting the following content is unacceptable and grounds for revocation or denial of membership:
* Graphic, obscene, or sexual images.
* Defamatory or negative statements about another breeder, site, business, or individual.
* Text or images that demonstrate or include references to abuse or neglect of any human or animal.
* Text or images that promote or make reference to the current act of intentionally fighting dogs, the organization of such an activity, the breeding of dogs for such an activity, or the fitness of a dog/puppy for such an activity.
* Text or images that are not owned by the member or authorized by the owner of such content for use by the member.
* Any text or graphic image content that is in violation of local, state, or Federal law(s), or any text or graphic image that demonstrates or reflects the violation of such law(s).


We also require that all members review and accept the following membership agreement before signing up.

Dogalot Membership Agreement This Member Terms of Use agreement applies to all Members and parties who have applied to become Members. Please read these Member Terms of Use carefully before continuing. These terms are legally binding. Dogalot reserves the right, at our discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Violation of any of these Member Terms of Use will, at a minimum, result in the cancellation of your membership, at our discretion. Membership is limited to individuals over the age of 18; by completing the membership application and becoming a member of this site, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for site membership. You agree to use Dogalot and its services only for lawful purposes. You will not post any content on Dogalot that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, illegal, infringes on copyrights or trademarks, or is otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to any material encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable law. Dogalot reserves the right to remove content you have posted to the site, at our discretion, if we believe the content violates any of the site's Terms. Furthermore, we may disclose any such content and the identity of the Member posting this content as necessary (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) to protect the rights or property of Dogalot, our users, or our providers. However, neither Dogalot nor our providers can ensure prompt removal of questionable content, neither Dogalot nor our officers, employees, representatives, or providers shall assume liability for any action or inaction taken with respect to removing such material. Dogalot reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant, at our discretion, if we believe that the applicant's standards as a breeder do not meet our standards for the site. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel any membership and remove all of the Member's associated content if we feel that the member does not meet site standards. Examples of qualities or actions that would warrant membership denial or cancellation include, but are not limited to: * Complaints by purchasers for unethical or unsanitary breeding practices, or unethical business practices * Discovery of action taken or investigation against the breeder by a breed registry * Discovery of criminal or civil charges filed against the breeder, including but not limited to animal cruelty and fraud * Posting false or misleading information on this site or the Member's personal site * Failure to honor a health guarantee or contract, as reported by a purchaser * Use of photographs or text on a Member's listing or personal site that they are not authorized to use, or that misrepresent their dogs * High-volume breeding and/or breeding of multiple breeds * Breeding adult(s) with known health problems that may pose risk for gestation/whelping or that may be hereditary in nature * Breeding without concern for potentially hereditary health problems * Advertising and/or selling puppies or dogs bred by another ("brokering") * Importing dogs/puppies for resale



Dogalot is an online community for lovers of companion dogs, show dogs, sporting dogs, working dogs, and dog athletes. All content MUST remain true to this topic. All text posted in ads or while using any of our community forums must reflect the positive, responsible, and caring attitude that is central to our philosphy. All images uploaded must be of dogs and/or puppies and must reflect healthy animals in an appropriate setting. All content posted is the sole legal responsibility of the individual posting that content.

Although Dogalot promotes and encourages responsible breeding practices, we cannot evaluate or endorse any dog breeders and cannot warranty or endorse any puppies for sale or dogs for sale on this site. We make every effort to prevent the posting of unacceptable and/or misleading content to our website. However Dogalot is not responsible for the truth or accuracy of information or photos presented by site members or visitors. We encourage all users, buyers and sellers establish and sign a purchase contract prior to the transfer of any money.

For site-supplied content, Dogalot makes every effort to verify information and to ensure the accuracy of information. However, QualityDogs.com is not responsible for the accuracy of any such information, including data on health, nutrition, diseases, and breed profiles. All canine health information is provided for general informational purposes only; any user needing specific health information should consult a licensed veterinarian.

Payment and Cancellation
Once your ad is accepted. You have 5 days to cancel your account at no penalty. All requests to cancel must be do through email sent to dogalot.netfirms@gmail.com. Request sent any other way will not be processed. After a span of 5 days, from when you submidted your listing request you will be charged a 10% late fee per week (7 day period). If, for any reason, Dogalot does not receive payment for any amounts that you owe, you agree to pay such amount immediately upon demand by Dogalot. You also agree to pay any interest charges, attorney's fees and other costs of collection incurred by Dogalot in collecting from you the authorized but unpaid amount. In such case, Dogalot may, at its option, stop processing any further payments made by you and apply any amounts then held by Dogalot on your behalf toward any deficiencies, losses or costs that we have incurred. We may also make appropriate reports to credit reporting agencies, financial institutions, tax agencies and law enforcement authorities, and cooperate with them in any resulting investigation or prosecution.
